Ophelia, the screener, is a doll. We catch up every time I get her as screener. All of them are friendly and professional. Garfield is about the best "sticker" I've ever met. First time, every time! I say this because I am 65 years old and not everyone can hit my veins with such ease. Plus the atmosphere of this place is clean and professional, yet laid back at the same time. Friendly staff always gets my donation quickly and courteously.
