Great place to donate.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, Ever since CSL shut down KED has been overcrowded everyday. Waiting time is atleast 3hrs and the employees dont even care that people have to wait these long hours
Horrible wait time terrible staff was told 20 ppl were ahead of me went outside for 10 minutes to take a call and came back and had to start all over after already being checked in for 2 hours and after being sent home the day before for protein being “too high” never heard that before and I have donated all over south jersey . Im mad that i started my donations here .
Walk ins only except for when you walk in and they tell you to come back tomorrow . Drove half hour and got there when they were still open for another 4 hours and would NOT take me. All these plasma places are the same. Worst run businesses in the country. Oh i also waited for 20 mins before anyone even greeted me. Do not ever go to this place. It is a joke!!! Oh and manager i spoke to almost followed me outside to fight me bc he was upset with how i spoke to him. Really well run business lol
Definately needs improvement. Wait times are crazy long. I could have watched every episode of One Piece waiting here. I saw someone else review them and say they lie about your iron levels to shorten the lines... I believe that to be true. After donating for years at ABO and Biolife, this was the only place to tell me my iron was too low.
