Believe every one of these reviews! Unprofessional staff and no saline. This place is a health risk. Pls donate somewhere else. I lost blood for some reason here and it didn’t get returned when I donated last week somewhere else perfectly fine. My first and last time coming here. They need to be shut down. The girl with the braids in the front needs to be fired.
I went to this business to give back to my community, as an Medical Professional. I’ve been working in the medical field for over 30 years off and on throughout my life. I went in as a new customer to Kedplasma to donate plasma as I’ve done several different times at CSL Plasma. This time ended differently as I had to be rushed to the hospital via ambulance after I fainted and fell to the pavement after walking out the door of Kedplasma. Kedplasma in Anderson South Carolina trying to donate plasma and they asked if I would come back Monday so I tried to do it today anyway that's when they said all your veins are too deep they didn't even check the veins they was trying to get out early today I talked to four people that came out said the same thing
I saw a rat trap inside so i walked out after i saw a rat run across the floor i will mever go back again i would put a ratting of 0 stars bit you have to put 1
I’ve donated at Ked for some time now and ever since I have, the staff has always been so helpful and informative! The phlebotomists walk you through every step of the donation and are always checking in on you to make sure you’re ok. They make you feel welcomed and are always available to answer any questions you may have as well! If you’re able to, definitely give donating plasma a try.
