UPDATE They fixed the urinal. CAUTION, This place is a joke, steer clear of it. Let me start from the beginning. When you sign up you get to lay on a table and usually look at a wall of TV's that the phlebotomist's are too entitled and use it for their music and forget the people that are sitting there with a needle dug into their arms. I don't ever seek out to write a google review of all things, but man, I was blown away by how nice, thorough, and amazing everyone I interacted with at every step of the process as a first time donor that I felt compelled to. Mel, Gretchen, Delaine, Sarah, and the African-American lady with the long braids whose name I didn't catch were all so very great, kind, and informative.
