They dont know how to answer a phone they make you go in and if you did samples they never call to clear you either been 3 weeks and still have not heard back from them its sad that a business is run that way
Professional, and fast but fix your scales it says im 150lb but EVERYWHERE ELSE says im 158-160 which you won't let me donate because supposedly im 15lb below the last time I donated i think yal just dont want to pay me my last 3 donations of $100

worst place ever. they won’t take your id if it’s not a hard copy and won’t take a birth certificate. i don’t know why anyone would give this a 5 star when they don’t even wanna accept people
They explain very clear. They act like they care about the person treats us like a robot they treat us like a person
