This place is garbageTell you they're going toCompensate you one amount then it winds up being way different than what they tell you also takes a minimum of 3 hrs to donate they refuse to answer the phone+++ came back 3 years later and they are still the slowest plasma place I've ever seen

If I could give 0 stars I would! I attempted to donate for the first time but when I came in I waited for two hours!! Just for all the nurses who should have been assisting patients to go on break. I had to walk out.

Worst center , no staff, the staff they do have are rude and un educated on the processes.. screeners cursing , talking bout smoking weed, nurses hate their job when it’s the EASIEST nursing job around.. phlebotomist don’t even know how to navigate the machines ! Mangers wearing red lipstick and blond braids like Marilyn Monroe .. it’s insane !

Terrible customer service! The staff thinks cause you are donating they can treat you any kind of way but not with ME .. Yall making 15-17 dollars a hour acting like ur better than the donors who are paid more donating then u do hourly.. I won’t return .
