I spent 2 hours going through all the processes and completed everyone until the new doctor lady called me back to ask about a medication I take that she hadn't heard of. So even though I have donated at different places taking this medicine and the medication wasn't on the list of medications not allowed I was still turned down just because she wasn't familiar with the medication.
This KED Center is overall the best. Everyone is easy going and friendly they make your experience worth coming back.
They take away too long.. always talking and Not getting patient in or out in a timely manner. First experience BAD
The women at KEDPlasma always treat me like a black king show me respect it's always a clean environment from the managers to the employees they always treat you like they've been knowing you all your life and they also take care of their donors better than any other donor center when you see a 150 + depending on your program a week
Tianna did a wonderful job sticking Mr! Everone was nice and friendly! 1/13/2026 Damari is the best yet great hardly felt it at all!! 5 Stars for her too!
