First time donating didn't take very long at all, and every other donation since has been even quicker.
If you want to get your vein pierced through and then it blamed on you then definitely go here!!!! Never had issues getting drawn before but so many staff changes. They can't keep anyone regularly and definitely can't keep anyone good.
Terrible experience Horrible Rude staff openly give you the wrong information just moved to the state I have a state ID social security card but was denied a donation because I didn't have a bill when the website specifically acke for a proof of address utility bills lease etc or any letter with your name and address that is dated 60 Days but was told at the donation center that I needed a bill and can only donate if I have a bill just a horrible experience the staff barely knows their own rules and regulations
Spanish speakers are not welcomed here. No translators. Everything is in English. Can’t use your passport and can’t use your Work visa. Even if you have a Social Security card and state ID, if you do not speak and read English, they will turn you away.
