When it was a diversity environment this facility was good . Now they are always providing inaccurate info over the phone. And the professionalism is so terrible they won’t even provide you with their name unless you ask for a supervisor. I called to verify what I needed as a return . Then I get hear and they decided to tell me something different than what the little girl over the phone stated . Do better at this Facility. Be prepared for attitudes, and workers playing and flirting while taking your vitals
If I could rate a Negative star I would, SATURDAYS ARE the worst I repeat Saturday is the worst day, I went Saturday March 22 arrived 11:30 am waited 3+ hours to be seated and processed for my donation. NEVER DONATE SATURDAY THEY DONT CARE or move professionally I will start posting pics of the chaos at this location through various accounts to keep from anyone deleting the review they are horrible

For the past several months the place was actually fantastic, they do seem to have quite a lot of staffing issues which will keep you waiting for a while. They've recently changed the payout structure where instead of getting 65 on your second donation you only get 60 and they used to give you $80 bonus on top of your normal donation for your sixth donation but sadly that has been dropped down to $40.
