The staff that works in the front end of the center are, for the most part, slow and rude. There is absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. They could have a waiting room FULL of people who are obviously in between jobs or tasks and don’t have HOURS to spend here, but they DO NOT CARE. Everyone moves at a snail’s pace. The express pass is a joke. You fill out your express questionnaire to avoid the ridiculous line and then the Express Kiosk is only functioning 25% of the time, resulting in you having to wait even LONGER. This is a terrible place to go and donate. The first time I donated there was no issues with my blood ,annd this was BEFORE I started taking iron pills. After the 1st time I received a phone advising that my blood was infact good and that I could donate again…the 3rd time I donated is when the BULLSHIT began. Sent me away one day for “said” dehydration with no mention of low iron at the time .I decided to make came back the next day, fully hydrated ..only for them to now say that my iron is now an issue…so I decided to leave... read more
