Been trying to donate for over a year and each time the keep saying that the doctor hasn't review or signed off on my account or that I have some disease and I even went and had the lab at my hospital do my bloodwork and it showed I had nothing. I feel like bc I am in the medical field and am clean they are targeting me and won't let donate.

Friendly staff
The staff that works in the front end of the center are, for the most part, slow and rude. There is absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. They could have a waiting room FULL of people who are obviously in between jobs or tasks and don’t have HOURS to spend here, but they DO NOT CARE. Everyone moves at a snail’s pace. The express pass is a joke. You fill out your express questionnaire to avoid the ridiculous line and then the Express Kiosk is only functioning 25% of the time, resulting in you having to wait even LONGER.
