Brilliant job by Kedleston Heating. Needed new gas fire and Richard in the showroom was very helpful and knowledeable and sorted us out with exactly what we wanted.Fitting was great by the very efficient duo of Lee.and Mick and very pleased all round.Highly recommended.
What a great experience, survey and quote to finished installation in 10days The engineer, Keegan, was friendly, respectful and competent, no personal phone calls, no industrial radio blearing out all day A complete stress free day, well done you guys
From start to finish a new fire was an easy process. Showroom visited and friendly advice given. Home visit and survey for Free and a fitting date arranged. Fire fitted, no mess no disruption. The fitter Keagan explained everything including checking the combi boiler was reset. One of the parts (cosmetic) was supplied with a fault. Keagan returned later the same day to complete the job. Very satisfied, Thank you.
Couldnt be more pleased with the Kedleston heating team, from the survey to showroom customer service all the way through to installation we couldnt be more pleased with our new media wall and log burner. Rich and the guys were prompt and more than professional, really friendly and they all know their stuff when it comes to providing us exactly what we were asking them to achieve for us. A nice knowledgeable family business. Everyone polite and not pushy in the showroom.Thanks to Richard,Cath and Sam. Lee and Keagan the stove service engineers and installers did a wonderful job in servicing throughly 3 stoves and installing a new one. No mess and all waste and rubbish taken away. Well done.
