Worst surat wakil policy
The slowest service ever. Came here for an account opening. Waiting period to take the number is almost 50 minutes. After got the number still waiting. Imagine arriving at 11:10 AM and it’s already 1:00 PM, yet I’m still waiting. The counters are empty, but the staff are all inside. They may be working, but everything is moving at a tortoise’s pace. Very disappointing.
Worst male staffs at counter. Only lady staff is doing her work. Chit chat and dragging time. Dunno how to do and scold customers. Own fault scold customers. Lastly he settled the issue. You are representing TNB, not any shops or private companies. Hope the management look into these ppl.
Very poor service. Que for 1 hour just to get number and another hour to be called at counter. Tolonglah letak competent person kat service counter ni. Merapu sangatla service very slowww dan lembab macamni. Please improve tnb. Wasted 3 hours just like that haih
