I have done multiple account opening and closures here and other miscellaneous request and the staffs are all very very helpful. Yes the wait sometimes can be long but when it’s nothing unusual because there really is a lot of customers to attend to here. Nevertheless the staff at the front counter and behind the counter are all very very courteous and helpful, especially helping elderly and disabled customers as I have witness their warmth service a few times.
