If you cannot transact or resolve your TNB issue online, you can come here, or any other Kedai TNB, to resolve it. For transactions that needs verification of supporting documents e.g. Change of Tenancy, best if it is done in person over the counter. Do bring your IC/passport and ensure you have your supporting documents e.g. latest quit rent/cukai pintu bill. They have a very thoughtful but limited free parking bays for customers right in front.
