I hired KED construction Services to design a full renovation of my home. They took care of all the architectural drawings, MEP and Structural and permit submissions. KED's renovation design was innovative, creating an open concept layout that maximized natural light. Exteriorly, they converted an existing front window to a door for easy access to the basement. Very personable guy! I had a great experience hiring Kelvin and he did the job in a timely fashion. He took his time in ensuring the condo was spotless before he finished the project and ensured I was happy before leaving. I talked to over 10 contractors before I chose him and I ultimately chose him because he was the most fair with pricing, but the quality of work was definitely worth way more than what I spent. Definitely choose him for your next project!!!
