I’ve never experienced a doctor’s office like this one. I initially went to the Roski Eye Institute in DTLA seeking help for recurring styes. There, I was referred to Dr. Zhang in Arcadia for BBL. Dr. Zhang was described as exceptional. I’m sure she is. However, I can’t comment on her skill or her manner because I never was able to see her. Not for lack of trying. Could you please ask your outdoor cleaning crew to avoid coming at 4-5 AM with air blowers? It's waking up the whole block. Thank you.
It has taken me 3 days to get someone to answer the phone regarding an appointment at the Arcadia location!! Each time I called I was kept on hold for over an hour. Very frustrating!!! I will be looking for a more professional ophthalmologist.
