Appalling service and treatment. I was overcharged for services not performed and too months to get a response on why I was billed for services not rendered. They did not provide any response accept for “your bill still stands” after chasing for months. This caused a lot of stress during my pregnancy.
I’ve had good experiences when everything is fine - appointments and wait times and staff seem fine- until I had more concerning news come up. The doctor who delivered the news came in hardly speaking up and I had to ask him to repeat himself because I couldn’t tell if it was tragic news or just “something to be monitoring.” Turns out it was something to monitor but I needed to ask a ton of follow ups to get to the answer or what was going on. Such a great informative experience we seem Dr Sasso and she was always helpful. My husband and I always felt comfortable asking her questions and she always answered them with care and kindness. As far as the wait time I can only recall one time out of the bi weekly visits we had to wait a long time. We frequently visited due to our babies growth but our baby miraculously had a growth spurt. If you can get Dr Sasso as your perinatal doctor you are in great hands.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the care my family and I have received from Dr. Sasso, the ultrasound technician, and the heart specialist who came in from the children's hospital for a fetal echocardiogram. Dr. Sasso is an excellent doctor and extremely knowledgeable, and we are so grateful we've had her expertise in this pregnancy.
