Just shocking customer service by the Monday April 21 day shift at the ER desk. I am a behavioral health consultant & 10000% understand how hard hospital staff work. An actively psychotic male (a clients son) was in the ER, not admitted, and then he left. I told them who I was. That I was there to help, and asked them (woman, too much red lipstick) at the ER desk about any info that could help.
