I had about 10 sessions with Keck and in at least 5 sessions Keck kept nodding off. Keck had to know she fell asleep, her head would bounce & the jolt would awaken her. She never had the curtesy to acknowledge the problem and apologize. Obviously, she was not concerned in the care she was giving to a severely depressed person. I canceled the remainder of my appointments, it was a waste of my time/money and I was not receiving professional care.
