Where do I start… Kecia is simply amazing and exceptional! She exceeded my expectations which is not easy to do. I’ve not worked with a nurse or physician who was more patient, kind, and thorough. She takes her time to explain things and answers all of your questions (even when you repeat yourself). I think the word that I used to describe her overall care and experience was “exemplary” and if you’re still reading this then I certainly hope you are lucky enough to be her patient!
