This review is for the office staff not the doctor. Kacia is an amazing doctor . She is kinda respectful and does amazing work, but her receptionist are rude and unprofessional. It's impossible to make an appointment because they never listen or let you talk and just want to rush you out and it's impossible to get too speak with Kacia without the receptionist stopping you. I have no issue with Dr. Gerlach but to get in contact with her is nearly impossible. Have been a patient for a few years but not anymore. The experience with the receptionists are the worst except for one or two. Super unprofessional. The receptionists always make it seem like they have something important that they have to attend to and rush you with attitude. They make scheduling an appointment a horror and if you have any questions, you will be dismissed.
Sheer horror and inadequacy. Spent two almost two weeks trying to speak to the doctor about my test results. Was first told the doctor was going to call me - that never happened. Then the office staff said that in order for the doctor to speak to me about my test results, I had to schedule a televisit, which I did. The doctor never showed up. Super sweet doctor and front desk staff!
The front and staff members were patients and friendly if u ever need help, Also Dr Kecia Gerlach was very patient and heartwarming and even taught me a lot about pregnancy. Highly recommended this office
