They operate two separate companies, and my experience is based on their maintenance side. We contracted them for both internal (carpentry) and external (repointing) work. They subcontracted the internal work to another company called RB, who turned out to be the most incompetent, inconsiderate, and unprofessional tradespeople we have ever dealt with. Fixed a 1st storey roof. They have re patched my house roof too. Always did a good job and Richard has come to inspect both times to make sure it’s done properly.
Quoted on a small job at three times the price I actually got it done for, by a roofing specialist who did a brilliant job.
The service was exemplary I had an urgent leak I needed help with and Oliver went above and beyond to get a plumber out to me asap. I will be coming back to Keay Maintenance for anything i need.
Keay Maintenance responded to our request to get a toilet repaired very promptly. Communication was simple and easy. The plumber who attended was also very professional, kept the work area as clean as possible and got the job done super efficiently. I would definitely use Keay Maintenance again!
