Jim was my attorney several years ago (2011), promises were made to file an expungement after 3 yrs (which was included in the intial payment. When the time came Jim refused to do, asking for another fee. He's completely full of BS and I'm still dealing with this all these years later. He's untrustworthy, find another attorney.
