Keaton's Mortuary (Yuri and team) did amazing job helping us to prepare everything for my mom‘s funeral and they also accommodate with our needs and Yuri and staff where their at every step of the way, Family was provided with excellent service. Thank you so much for everything. Her service was so beautiful.
Called 6 times in one day to have a small child cremated. Got an answering service each time, never a response from the business. Call someone else!
Did an excellent job of arranging for my father’s cremation. I live out of state and it was very easy to take care of all of the arrangements by phone. I can’t speak to value because the cost was about twice as much as what it would cost me here in Texas but that’s probably about normal for California.
Extremely caring and understanding Funeral Director. Explained everything and was ver responsive with any questions we had.
Wonderful, kind & highly professional in all ways from start to finish. At a stressful time Keatons was amazing. No hard sell & no intrusive anything …everyone on the team handles everything with the utmost sensitivity & respect. I wish I could give them 10 stars - they deserve it. A very happy customer.
