This is ridiculous! How can you keep someone informed about their loved one when you don't respond to emails or answers calls. My sister has sent you an email that didn't get a response and I'm yet to get someone to answer the phone. I can't even leave a voicemail! Never answers the phone, shows up late to court dates! Communication is very important and relieves stress. Besides it’s your job the reason your paid. Communicating! Want a better review I would be more than glad to hear from you & change my review rate
Is this man still practicing law? We have been trying to reach him for a yr and a half. Not once has a person answered the phone. The voice-mail is always full and the one time I was able to leave a message, no one returned my call. How does a lawyer stay in business if no one can reach them?
