4 years later and nothing has changed, except now we have to pay $785 a month for association dues! We have NO amenities! This place is a dump! Do not waste your money to move here! There are way too many of us that are stuck here and would do anything to move! We have a board that does nothing for the owners, and they keep hiring incompetent vendors and a management company that could care less about anything other than money. There is no communication from the board about anything, they do what they want!

There are some great people that live in this complex. There’s also a few Karen’s that are on the board and walking through the neighborhood Love to start problems. I know you will have that anyway. But some of these cans will make it very difficult to live in association. Here are some of my complaints. 1. The HOA fees have went from 245 to 400 in 2024. 2. Great location. Awesome neighbors. Safe neighborhood. Beach access. Superb school district.
I'd never live here. They are bought and sold by a law firm they are dealing with and quite possibly have a business relationship with the board unrelated to the HOA
