-Wanted to charge me double what the used part cost at other auto wreckers, and told me that I had to pull the part myself. Only good thing I will say is that they were nice (and a bit short) over the phone. -they also don't take visa over the phone, which makes it awkward when you vehicle doesn't run because of the part you need.
