This is about the parts counter. The 2 ladies behind the counter were nice, friendly and productive. They were attentive right away. Can't say the same about the big bearded guy behind the counter. I was there to pick up parts that were ordered online. The two ladies quickly attended to the customer and quickly got the parts out. While I was waiting for the parts, I was interested in some accessories that caught my eye. I want to purchase them while I was already there. I took them up to the counter to purchase. These guys tell me they did my tire rotation And they charge me for the work and they did not do the rotation,these guys is unbelievable
