I own a food service repair company and was doing a warranty call for Keating. Eliza Keating is the rudest business owner I have ever met. She will argue with you on the phone. Tell you she is too busy and hang up on you. Never paid the warranty calls we did for her company

Terrible customer service.. I spoke with pat 4/23/25 about my fryer that we have had nothing but problems with. She was so rude. If you’re in the food industry, you know that having a down fryer is not ideal and need to fix it ASAP. She will give you no advice or make your life any easier. Just harder! Buyer be ware when buying an expensive piece of equipment. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!

I own a foodservice repair company that has specialized in gas cooking equipment for over 80 years. I just got off the phone with Pat and Eliza Keating. It was the most mind blowing call I have ever made to a manufacturer. They clearly don't know what they are talking about. I can tell if it's an act to deny warranty claims or they are indeed this clueless. I am speechless. They tried disputing things that were clearly written in their spec sheets and manual. I just have never....
