Do not buy They are slippery as the mirror finish griddle, 15,000 and no warranty they are using cheap foreign parts, thermocouples, thermostats guarantee to break with in a year, not a scratch with $50 egg turner of soft steel but useless support, horrible experience after using their products for many years something is different, their equipment is breaking down and they will talk in a circle and you will out the cost repair you will be out the cost of buying, avoid at all costs, they will hang up on you , they will lie, ... read more

The worst customer service experience I’ve had. Eliza Keating, the company’s President, was dismissive, unhelpful, and appeared unfamiliar with her own products. Rather than taking responsibility for clear errors, blame was placed on the customer. No meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue. Avoid at all costs.

I own a food service repair company and was doing a warranty call for Keating. Eliza Keating is the rudest business owner I have ever met. She will argue with you on the phone. Tell you she is too busy and hang up on you. Never paid the warranty calls we did for her company

Terrible customer service.. I spoke with pat 4/23/25 about my fryer that we have had nothing but problems with. She was so rude. If you’re in the food industry, you know that having a down fryer is not ideal and need to fix it ASAP. She will give you no advice or make your life any easier. Just harder! Buyer be ware when buying an expensive piece of equipment. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!
