Extremely poor service, lack of integrity, transparency on vehicle repairs and even a service member calling me a “Dick” and that he “stands on that”, with the service manager down 2 desks just couldn’t care less. My skid plate is also still messed up that your shop decided to zip tie back on without informing me. My honest experience at Keating Honda, glad to know who is representing Honda
1st time service customer and am very satisfied with the process in place and the speed at which the work was completed.
