Bought a used 2023 CRV from another dealership and it needed a recall repair done. Called Keating and spoke with Cameron who said they could get me in same day AND provide a rental. Dropped the CRV off, picked up the rental and a few hours later, reversed that process. Great customer service from everyone I encountered.
I recently visited a Honda service center for some repairs, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Noah. There was a miscommunication at the beginning, and I was honestly very upset. I took my car to the Keating Honda service department hoping for honest help. Instead they told me I needed a bunch of work that my car really didnt need. It felt like they were just trying to overcharge me. Kevin Bernard was the service advisor and he was totally incompetent. He couldnt explain anything properly. Very good service, was greeted at my car when I pulled up, they efficiently worked as a team, all the service advisors, shop team I could see worked together too. Was in and out in a timely manner and just an overall good experience.
I don’t have much experience taking my car to shops but we wanted to make sure we were getting the best service for our car, we knew it would be a little more expensive but it’s money well spent.
