I tried calling the prior company I was using to come look at an issue with our lift. I found out they were no longer in business. I went to google and checked reviews. I called Keathley because they look like a smaller local firm like my business and they had great reviews. They were out within an hour, fixed the issue very quick and reasonably. As a result we are looking at having them repair a leak in the near future. Definitely call them for fast, courteous, reasonable service.
I got the BEST service and treatment ever. Forklift couldn't start. It took them less than 4 minutes to figure out the issue and got it running again. They didn't charge me a dime. The technicians were very knowledgeable and so polite. I recommend this place with my full chest.
Quick response and turn around on fixing our Dae Woo. Junior was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Lift came back working great. Overall an easy experience and the best prices we have found in the OKC metro.
At first I hired one of their competitors… bad decision. They couldn’t fix my forklift but charged me $1,500 for the experience. I found Keathley on Google, I explained the issue I was having with my forklift and the experience I had with the other company and these guys went above and beyond. They had a tech at my building within a couple hours and my forklift was back operating about 30 minutes after he arrived. Even better, they only charged me $250! Super professional and all around good people.
