Reception staff are unhelpful in the last few years they have become less and less helpful, all the while hiding behind the zero tolerance to anger posture, when they are the very people that cause the anger and frustration, I see no point in them answering the phone because when they do, they do nothing but point to idiotic rules they have created in an effort to "help", help who?
Getting worse these doctors tell then something and they ignore it can't get speak to anyone for percription and all I get when I ring is I can't do nothing till later when I asked and spoke to them last week and explained but I fort all information you say to them is put on my file why when they they don't look properly at the information
Three times in the past year i have tried to get an appointment and failed using the triage system. The reception just fob you off with a link then no appointment. Why do you have toexplain your symptoms on line . Years ago it was always confidential between you and the doctor. I admit to being a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to modern tech but the triage system will literally be the death of anelderly vulnerable patient. I have had Sciatica for 13weeks I have see x2 supposedly people there I saw Dr Natha and finally I got something That Drs surgery is not the same since Dr Wall went the reception staff also need training on how they treat the patients I worked for the NHS in the hospital for 30years and I gave 100% tmy job
Been trying to get an appointment for a month, had no medication for 6 weeks because this unprofessional, disgrace of a doctors office make it impossible to get an appointment, finally been given an appointment which is 16 days away, meaning I will have been without medication for 2 months, thank you very much Kearsley not-so-medical center
