I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. Over the past three years, I have spent thousands of dollars with this shop and have always had decent experiences—until now. Unfortunately, their accountability and communication have gone downhill. My partner called ahead to have one of our trailers repaired. We were told that a mechanic would be available Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Based on that, we drove three hours to the shop.
