If you want a spetic tank service that does not call back after calling 3 times to schedule an appointment, then this is your service. Poor scheduling and unorganized! Please use Dahl if you need anything done for your spetic tank.

Called a week ago to set up service. Appointment time was scheduled for today. Called office line several times to receive no answer. Called Todd directly to which I was told the woman who answers phone was taking a dog to a vet and that he was stuck watching kids with the flu. If there is an emergency situation or something happens where you can’t show up to an appointment you should have the decency to call and let your clients know. Called and they promised they'd come a day later. No one came. I call the office on that day and also for 2 days after. no response, left several voicemail messages. I then called another company to do the job.

We were in desperate need of getting our septic tank pumped out due to it being backed up. Called Kearns septic and they were out here within 2 hours of my call to empty the septic tank. They were very kind, professional, knowledgeable as well as helpful to find out why we are having to empty out our septic tank every 2 years. Even helpful to express what measures need to be taken to get it corrected and fixed. Thank you guys y’all are the BEST!!!
