Called a week ago to set up service. Appointment time was scheduled for today. Called office line several times to receive no answer. Called Todd directly to which I was told the woman who answers phone was taking a dog to a vet and that he was stuck watching kids with the flu. If there is an emergency situation or something happens where you can’t show up to an appointment you should have the decency to call and let your clients know. I had fantastic service. Called in the morning and Todd was there in the afternoon and helped address some issues I had. He is very knowledgeable.
They made sure to check in regularly throughout the process to ensure I was happy with their work. They went above and beyond to address any concerns I had, demonstrating a genuine dedication to delivering a job that met and exceeded my expectations.
We were in desperate need of getting our septic tank pumped out due to it being backed up. Called Kearns septic and they were out here within 2 hours of my call to empty the septic tank. They were very kind, professional, knowledgeable as well as helpful to find out why we are having to empty out our septic tank every 2 years. Even helpful to express what measures need to be taken to get it corrected and fixed. Thank you guys y’all are the BEST!!!
The Kearns crew is fantastic and I highly recommend them when the dreaded 'septic clean out' time approaches. The price is very fair, servicing is fast, and the process and recommendations are fully explained. And just a warning - if you think it might be time for a clean, call - do not wait!
