If you want a spetic tank service that does not call back after calling 3 times to schedule an appointment, then this is your service. Poor scheduling and unorganized! Please use Dahl if you need anything done for your spetic tank.

Called and they promised they'd come a day later. No one came. I call the office on that day and also for 2 days after. no response, left several voicemail messages. I then called another company to do the job.

Called a week ago to set up service. Appointment time was scheduled for today. Called office line several times to receive no answer. Called Todd directly to which I was told the woman who answers phone was taking a dog to a vet and that he was stuck watching kids with the flu. If there is an emergency situation or something happens where you can’t show up to an appointment you should have the decency to call and let your clients know. I had fantastic service. Called in the morning and Todd was there in the afternoon and helped address some issues I had. He is very knowledgeable.
