Im the returning patients but today is my third times my appoinment has been cancelled for doctor emergency reason, because doctor couldnt come at schedule that i booked. Reception offers me the day after which im not available obviously im booking in advance also certain day for a reasons. I thought booking online make it easy but no. I can understand if this first time but third times is too much. And not offering the same day is showing they dont care about patients. PLEASE go here. Their service is incredible. I can’t speak for other doctors, but Dr. Khan is absolutely amazing, especially if you’re needing another female’s understanding on certain female issues. She doesn’t judge. I’ve come here multiple times for the same issue and she doesn’t mind.
Dr Raffit Khan has looked after my family for a long time. She is so caring. Takes time to listen . What an amazing Dr one in a million.
