KMV worked with us to renovate a large commercial building to become the new headquarters for The Hunger Coalition. The team was gracious, professional and worked very hard to meet our demanding budget expectations and timeline. They went above and beyond, continuing to support our transition to the new space well after the project reached completion. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with them!
KMV did a nearly 2 year major remodel and addition to our home in Elkhorn. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product which is a testament to the professionalism and quality of their employees and subs. Our foreman, Bob Lynch was as good as it gets. I highly recommend KMV with no reservation.
Prior to constructing our home in Valley Club I owned three real estate brokerage offices together with developing residential lots. I have constructed several high end homes. I feel lucky and blessed to have Erin McGuiness of KMV Construction construct our home. The sub co tractors they use are second to none and are on schedule. The project was completed on schedule and within estimate. Communication with their team headed by Robin Kerns is second to none. We could not be more pleased. They will also be friends forever.
I have completed one project with KMV Builders, have two more in construction, and a third in the planning process.
