It was very easy getting a unit Maggie was a doll I'm very helpful she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable while I learned about the units make sure I had all pertinent information and the price is right very reasonable please take it in town when you're looking for a unit to look here first and ask for Maggie she will be able to inform you of any questions you have and help you all the way thank you Maggie you're a sweetheart
