Obvious crap-software from the early 2000s. They put a nice front page, but that's it. It is crappy, buggy. It is so bad, that they have to rely on hidden charges to stay afloat. They make it incredibly hard to cancel, and when you finally reach them through all that crap, they tell you that you had to cancel it 10 days before expiration (well, it was 10 days in my case - your milage can wary, I guess they come up with whatever the number is needed). This product is a complete scam! STAY AWAY! I used the free trial and after being pressured to keep it and buy their product the following day they canceled my subscription for abuse when i have never used the system other then to message my self as i was learning! I want a refund and this company should be ashamed of them selves and shut down.

As a show of good faith, I have refunded all monies paid to us. You were refunded all monies paid to us on 2/9/21.

Program is clunky and frustrating. You can get a lot of the things it will do for free or low cost. It's overpriced. I was told I wouldn't be charged a termination fee when cancelling, I was charged $299 and called back for them to say that's just pending and it will go away in 1-3 days, we'll see...

Beware of Infusionsoft or Keap, as they are now known. They have deep routed deceptive business practices. They are an internet CRM, but unlike other internet-based subscription programs, one cannot cancel online. This means you have to call them to cancel and they make that very difficult. Don't plan on a simple call. You have to call during business hours, hold for 20 minutes or longer, then you are directed to your salesperson. I spent 6 years (2013 to 2019) as the InfusionSoft admin for a multi-million dollar company trapped with this software platform. It's poorly designed, counter-intuitive, unstable, and nearly every task you try to achieve with it requires "off the menu" workarounds. It touts itself as an all-in-one platform, but falls short on every task actually required of it. I can not believe how an unethical company this is! They deceitfully get you into signing up for what you think is a discounted trial and then charge you $2000 + $250 to CANCEL!! It's insane. DO NOT work with this company. They are completely unethical. Their complicated software seems to not be getting them far in the marketplace so they are resorting to scamming people into "trials"

Although customer did sign a 12 month agreement with clear terms of early termination, his Customer Success Manager is looking into customer's claims of being promised to be let out of the contract upon early termination. Customer and Success Manager spoke today, and resolution is ongoing.

You cannot cancel with this company. We have called to cancel our subscription and the give us confirmation that it is done but we continue to get charges on our credit card. They place the burden on you to prove that you cancel but you are only given verbal cancellation confirmation which they do not accept in a dispute. They are horrid, use others.

Mr. ******requested to cancel on 10/26/17. He spoke one of our Customer Success Managers on 10/31/17. The account was cancelled per his request, and there have been no further charges since the date we received his request to cancel. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH INFUSIONSOFT We signed up with Infusionsoft because they promised they had the resources to handle aspects of our business more efficently. They use high pressure sales tactics, OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER, don't follow up and then make it VERY DIFFICULT to TERMINATE YOUR SERVICE.
