EXCEPTIONAL customer service! They were able to repair my chain on the spot. Gave great advice and acknowledged me by my name throughout my entire interaction. Abi and Pauline (or Paulette, sorry for not remembering!) were wonderful! Love all of Keani's designs and will definitely continue to purchase in the future.
My husband and I popped in while waiting for dinner, and we were greeted by the kindest young woman! I am so excited to wear my new dress and think back to our time in Maui!
