Agree with other reviewers. Horrible customer service. Does not answer or return a single phone call. Probably not even in business anymore.

Terrible customer service. They requested to complete a service through my home warranty. Was suppose to call us to schedule a time to come out. They didn't call by the day they said they would so I tried to call them directly. I have called and left messages. After almost a week, not even a call or email..nothing. If they couldn't do the job, they shouldn't have accepted the request.

We've known Mark for over 10 years he's honest reliable and fair. An amazing, excellent plumber. You can't go wrong when you call Mark, for all your plumbing needs.

My parents referred me to Mark Keane 2 years ago when I was moving out of my home. We were trying to move a Seccua water system and other companies didn't have the experience and said they would have to charge for extra time to research. Odd, but true. Mark got the job done and the price was about half of what we expected. Fast foward to today, we had an issue with a crack in a pipe. I called and spoke with Christie. She was so kind and helpful and she talked me thru the issue, allowed me to text pics, and provided so much c... read more
