This was a major purchase for me, I had a 40x70 shop built in Dec. of 2012 and have had to have them out about 10 times to repair my leaks, so far it still leaks. The customer service after the sale is horrible. They tell you they will send someone out and then weeks later you have to call them and email them again and again to make it happen.
