I have been doing business with Keane Fire and Safety for many years. I have found everyone I deal with at this company from management to field staff to be courteous and professional in every possible way. Sure with over 100 employees in 3 states you are bound to get a bad apple once in a while. But over all you can count on this company to protect your business property and your employees.
I'm their neighbor living in a residential house. What I know about them is they're respectful and full of nice people.
Worst guys ever, confirmed so many times they are coming then cancelled last minute because they are overbooked? Really!? We have ppl waiting for them all week for nothing, they shouldn’t have their business license ever!

Train your staff how to drive better! One of your drivers rear-ended my sister after being abusive by making gestures to her such as middle finger, monkey acting (beating on chest…racist much?), and speeding behind her to intimidate her. How stupid to do something so foolish in a company vehicle? Stop hiring trash, it will cost your company in the long run.
