Wonderful customer service! I called Kealoha Events last minute on the day of my nieces birthday during a pandemic. She was supposed to be spending her birthday in Disneyland but her plans were cancelled with Shelter in Place. We asked the Kealoha team if they could assist in making her birthday special and they delivered! Called with only a few days in advance because the other place I hired fell through. The nice people here at Kealoha were fast to answer their online application (the next morning) and their payments were all easy and online. They arrived on time and kept the kids entertained for a whole hour at a fair price! The character we ordered was cute and not at all creepy! Which was exactly what I was looking for lol 10/10
