I have been with them when I moved to Sunshine North 28 years ago. I now moved to Melton South 3 yrs ago and still go there for all my medical checks. Good services, friendly doctors, nurses and staff.
A really great centre. I just hope you retain the Doctors. Everybody wants a family Doctor and hates switching!
I had an appointment with Dr. Mesak at 2:10 pm and arrived early at 2:00 pm to make sure I wasn’t late. I waited at the reception for two hours, only to be told that I had been marked as a “no show,” even though I had been sitting in the waiting area the entire time and saw patients coming in and out. To make things worse, the receptionist simply offered to reschedule me for next week. After waiting for two hours, that was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Absolutely terrible, only Dr Sam Darwish is able to prescribe me my schedule 8 medication, after being told all day I would be contacted, I simply wasn't, I am now being told to wait until next week with no other recourse, having to take time off work
