I have had a few hygienists in my life but Terri is easily the best, she is caring thorough and experienced. If I could give 10 stars here I would.
A huge thank-you to Dr. John Bunnell. We are in town on vacation and our toddler knocked her front tooth out. After making many frantic calls, we reached Kealakekua Dental and Dr. Bunnell made the time to see her and assure us that she is okay. Our appreciation, for the kind service and care we received, is at an all time high. Thank - you once again for taking care of our baby girl.
The receptionists were very pleasant. When I first met Dr Taylor, though, I never even saw his face as he remained behind the chair. He appeared rather rushed and was only interested in my x-rays and not me as a person. When I had questions for him, he was a bit snarky and condescending. How dare I question his care. I will not be returning and do not recommend him. Also, if you need handicap parking, they only have one. Walked in and immediately greeted with genuine care.Receptionist are the 2 most caring ever.They listened and did everything to help me.From the moment I walked in to the moment I left ,it was the best dental visit ever.Thank you for sharing the spirit of Aloha.I highly recommend them.
