Keahey took amazing care of my family after my granny passed. They went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was exactly the way we wanted it. Her memorial was small and intimate and included all of our wishes exactly as we had asked. I could not be more pleased with the compassion shown and their abilities to make everything happen as you request. Thank you so much for making her memorial the perfect way to honor her memory. We will forever be grateful.

Just wrote Randy and Kym yesterday to thank them for all of their help and guidance during the process of planning services for my grandmother. I had never planned a service before and they and Amy were so informative and patient with me! Kym wrote a precious prayer that she read at the visitation. Because of their help, I was able to plan services completely from another state and I am very grateful for that. I arrived the day before the services and everything was taken care of.

Mr Randy has been an excellent serviceman but has dropped the ball in my opinion. It’s been over a year and the closest we got to getting a headstone was a picture of how it would look. Promises were made and we get avoidance at every turn. Please don’t use Keahey to place your loved ones at all if possible. My bothers email for the newspaper was not done correctly. My first sign. My father's VA headstone has yet to be put up. They guaranteed that it would be put up as soon as it was delivered 7, almost 8 months after his funeral and 5 months after delivery by the VA it wasn't put up. Come to find out it his name was misspelled on the headstone. Did they tell us this nope I found out when I called the VA to find out when the headstone was delivered. I met with Randy Keahey this morning at Bethany Baptist Church to discuss my final plans. This man is the kindest, most caring and patient person I have ever met. His southern politeness, calming ways and professionalism made our meeting a breeze. Randy worked with me until I was truly satisfied with all aspects of my plans. It was important to him that I was happy with the outcome of our meeting! Praise God for this man, please keep him safe and well. Anen
