Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Karpinski is so kind and caring—he even went out of his way in inclement weather to get my dog’s medications after fitting us in urgently. Every staff member is friendly and welcoming. We are always so very well taken care of — every visit reminds me why we trust them so much. Hands down the best vet in Roanoke.
The BEST vet! Our doggie was sick, they were closed because of the inclement weather. We emailed and Dr. Lindsay Karpinski came to the office just to see our dog! Incredible! We were so worried, he made it so easy and was so helpful! So so grateful for him, he gave us a peace of mind and we cant thank him enough! Thank you - from the bottom of my heart! 10/10 - highly recommend!!
Absolutely 10/10 service. They are always so kind and efficient. Atleast in my experience, for a vet there not that hard on the pocket. I've had alot of bad luck with pets recently but they are absolutely amazing every single time. Quick about getting you in for appointments, very good about emails and making sure to keep in touch during emergencies. They are truly the best.
Just had 1st appt. with Munchkin, my 7.8 lb. chorkie ;) after changing vets from Vinton to Roanoke. Vet tech was great about answering any questions as well as the doctor! They also gave me some estimates on dental surgery/cleaning which I greatly appreciated and may also have neutering done in the upcoming months.
