I called 6 fastener stores before finding Keables. I’ve noticed that a lot of places will have slick websites saying an item is in stock, but then it isn’t when I call, or worse, they discover it isn’t in stock only after i pay online, wasting time and requiring a time-consuming refund (~5-7 business days etc etc). By contrast, Keables website is ratchet, but they have *everything*. The catalogue is extremely comprehensive and clear.
