They helped me so many times not just me but my babies as well, they do such a good job. I have no complaints.
A few months ago I was sick with a cold and wasn't getting better. The staff were kind and professional. Dr. Miller really listened and even recommended practical suggestions that worked. This week my husband had a scary episode with his heart. He was seen right away by the caring staff. Dr. Steel was attentive and patiently answered our questions. In both instances the doctors took their time and we didn't feel rushed.
Great experience both times I’ve taken my 4 year old here. He was nervous to get checked but staff were very kind and friendly towards my son which helped make him feel comfortable.
If there was a 0 star option, I’d give it. I spent more time doing paperwork and checking in, than time with the “doctor”, who was actually a nurse practitioner… she (Hirata) talked to me for 2 minutes and said I was fine and had a cold/virus. This is one of the longest duration sicknesses I’ve had in recent memory, and I tested negative for the usual strep/flu/covid. Nothing prescribed, no suggestions besides to rest. Never going back here, unprofessional people.
This place was great — I did not experience any of the issues others mentioned. From reception to care staff — everyone was kind, professional, and considerate. I for one would come here again for urgent care needs.
