I am visiting and needed an urgent care. I called the receptionist was so nice told me to come on done. When I got there she was so nice. After doing my paperwork the nurse had me back. She was talkative, kind and said don’t worry we will get you taken care of. The doctor came in , she was so lovely. Sat down told me what she thought and what medicines I needed. She was the best ! I highly recommend this facility. I was out of there by 7 pm by 10 pm I was out of pain. Thankyou

Couldn’t tell you how the doctors are because I couldn’t even get past the rude receptionist on the phone. NO ALOHA I had an issue with my ear and jaw and the receptionist wouldn’t even allow me to get an appointment. Or give me instructions on where to go. The receptionist told me she refused to even try to schedule me and if I came as a walk in to the clinic she’d refuse service. Very unprofessional staff member. I showed up at 4:00pm and was greeted with a “you know we are closing soon, why are you here?”. we explained why and she said she can’t help us. We drove 35 minutes to get help and this place turned us away. Horrible customer/patient care.

front people were very sweet but once you go into the other room to check information and explain what’s going on one of the lady’s in there was super rude and very passive aggressive behavior. Trying to explain what’s wrong and she’s kept talking over me and just being very disrespectful with her tone her whole body language was giving not gaf. And she seemed frustrated to even hear what’s wrong. Never coming back there ever. So sad that people actually act like this. To grown to be doing all that.

Hands-down, our favorite Clinic. After multiple issues with the East clinic on the other side of town, we will exclusively only be coming to this clinic. These guys are generally pretty fast though sometimes there is a wait time, and they accept Medicaid. The doctors genuinely care about their patients and I have yet to have a bad experience here. Mahalo for your honest work! I wish there were more places that cared more about their job and the people they are helping, than kickbacks.
