Great service very good product that works very well

Avoid like the plague. Bought one of their most expensive car trailers, KCTT model. Deck delaminated within months. 3 out of 4 mags disintegrated in 2 years, destroying two expensive tyres in the process. All brake rubbers perished and cracking after same period. LED light failed. 5 year warranty is a joke - KEA refused to cover any of the above under. Very disappointed and would never deal with again.
