Very friendly. Always pleasant and smiling which helped alleviate any anxiety I had regarding surgery. She explained the procedure during the initial consultation and answered all questions. During surgery and after surgery she reinforced what she actually found and performed. Follow up apppoints where quick with an explanation of how I was healing. I would recommend Dr. Shang for any periodontal concers.
