Dr. Ke Shang is the best! Everything went great with the soft tissue graft procedure and she explained the process thoroughly every step of the way!
From the moment I went to ROC Perio and met with Dr Shang, I knew I went to the right place. My treatment plan was quite extensive, and she listened to my concerns , fears and in certainty, and put me at ease. Dr Shang was willing to think “outside the box” and to make sure my needs were met! She worked very closely with my dentist and made sure they were on the same page through my treatment. Very friendly. Always pleasant and smiling which helped alleviate any anxiety I had regarding surgery. She explained the procedure during the initial consultation and answered all questions. During surgery and after surgery she reinforced what she actually found and performed. Follow up apppoints where quick with an explanation of how I was healing. I would recommend Dr. Shang for any periodontal concers.
Dr. Shang is an excellent dentist. She took me on as a patient during an emergency. She is knowledgeable, extremely competent, and has an outstanding beside manner!
