I called to have an external hose bib replaced along with two internal shut off valves. The guys from KE Seifert arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work. It was refreshing to see a senior expert mentor a junior plumber on the tricks of the trade. We need more experts in the trades. I was very pleased with the men and their work. A big thank you to Dave and Dakota.
Would give zero stars if possible. “Manager” arrived an hour late to check my HVAC unit which was intermittently working. He billed me for 2.5 hrs of labor which included a “25 min commute” when the office is 0.5 miles from my home. Also included time spent sitting in the truck writing up the bill. Long story short I paid almost $600 and 2 weeks later my unit is not working. They used to be a good company but not any more. Just had to brag about Dave and Dakota. We discovered a leak in our bathroom but we could not link it to the tub, toilet or sink. When they arrived they immediately diagnosed as a cracked hose bib (line to the outside faucet) based on our description of the leak. What should have been a simple fix involved removing a lazy susan which was in a very tight spot and cutting out the dry wall behind the cabinet to get to the area of the problem. Cannot recommend K.E. Seifert enough! They have saved us multiple times and are extremely reliable. Kevin came out at 9pm (only 20 minutes after we called) and found and resolved the issue within minutes and had our heat back up and running.
I’m very pleased with the work done by Tyler and David of K.E. Seifert today. I called this morning, needing a toilet repaired. They were here as scheduled this afternoon. The necessary repair was more involved than I had anticipated, but everything was clearly explained in advance. I was, also, quoted the cost which did include a senior discount. The necessary part was delivered, and the repair was completed. I am very satisfied.
