Highly recommend K.E. Seifert... They replaced my water main line from the meter to the house. Also replaced my external hose bib at the same time. Very reasonable pricing and highest quality workmanship. Great job!
I called to have an external hose bib replaced along with two internal shut off valves. The guys from KE Seifert arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work. It was refreshing to see a senior expert mentor a junior plumber on the tricks of the trade. We need more experts in the trades. I was very pleased with the men and their work. A big thank you to Dave and Dakota.
Would give zero stars if possible. “Manager” arrived an hour late to check my HVAC unit which was intermittently working. He billed me for 2.5 hrs of labor which included a “25 min commute” when the office is 0.5 miles from my home. Also included time spent sitting in the truck writing up the bill. Long story short I paid almost $600 and 2 weeks later my unit is not working. They used to be a good company but not any more.
