Went to this service to do a walk through of my rental property because my landlord was refusing plumbing services and claiming false things. Even though my landlords name wasn’t associated with the services at all and she lives across the map and only had apparently a 2 minute conversation per the receptionist, she was able to convince them to withhold the invoice from me that I paid for. If you need a sewer lateral inspection and you have an old trap, don’t waste your time with Seifert. I paid them $400 and nothing to show for it. They were the second company I paid and couldn’t get their camera through the trap. To make it worse, it was two guys that came out, but one of them sat in the truck the whole time.
