Severe lack of integrity and communication. I ordered replacement arms compatible with an older damage awning. They should have told me they just don't have compatible ones. Instead they sold me a new style of arms and sent a kit that requires me to completely disassembled the awning and retrofit it so they will fit. Thing is the kit they sent me doesn't have enough parts for the awning I'm working on, and now they want to charge me more for the parts I need to make it work. This company is not reputable and refuses to honor a warranty claim for my business. Their engineer, James Sfugaras, repeatedly attempted to use "wind damage" as a reason for denying the warranty claim on both fabric and awning arm damage that occurred from standard awning retraction at the end of our business day. His claim is false and clearly this company considers this acceptable as they seem to have made this standard operating procedure for a number of customers if you read other reviews.
