Always greets you and your pet. Dr Yap is very friendly and gentle with our dog.
Ke Ola Pet Hospital didn't help my cat and he ended up dead. This happened 1 year ago and I still cannot get over the grief this place has caused. My cat was acting strange. His gait was awkward, didn't eat, and was isolating himself. I suspected it was poisoning so I took him in at Ke Ola to get checked. They looked at him, did a quick checkup and said "oh since your cat likes to go outdoors, he probably got hit by a car or something. They took care of my cat after he was kidnapped then found. No wait time or cold shoulder like the other vet in Mauka. Going here from now on.
