Took my kitten here 3 separate times, received 3 separate treatments for her and after almost $1000 dollars, she still has the exact symptoms she had when I first brought her in. Avoid this place, they clearly either do not care enough or do not have the capabilities to actually help animals that need it.
I had such a positive experience at Ke Ola Pets. The quality of care, attention to detail, and genuine compassion I received, especially from Dr. Yap, was truly exceptional. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming, and I always felt like my pet’s well-being was their priority. Great staff! Never had a bad experience here and their prices are reasonable. Took my cat here for his annual checkups and vaccines. Definitely recommend!
Doctor Yap and staff did a tremendous job on a difficult surgical procedure on my dog Bubba. Their professionalism and dedication to the care of my dog was overwhelming. Big mahalos to all of you. BB / MW Bubba is resting pain free.
